Rules of procedure

RESERVATION

All reservations must be confirmed by signing a contract and paying a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

OPTION WITH POOL

Access to the swimming pool is open from 10am to 4pm on Sundays. The Domaine de Jonquières is a protected site, so please be careful with ashes and cigarette butts. The management declines all responsibility in the event of accident or injury. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

PARKING

For safety reasons, it is forbidden to park in the castle's driveway. There is a dedicated parking area below the château.

START

Rooms and gîtes to be vacated by 5pm.

REPOSSESSION OF PREMISES

At the end of the rental period, the company will take back the premises, which will be restored and cleaned in a non-exhaustive manner. Failure to respect these times will result in a penalty of €100 per additional hour.

BARBECUE

When using the barbecue, we ask you to be extremely vigilant and to use charcoal only, to limit the risk of fire.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited on the premises.

NOISE POLLUTION

Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises. We ask that music be turned down from 3am. Failure to comply with this request is at the discretion of the janitor, and will result in penalties of €100 per additional hour.

HOUSEHOLDS AND WASTE

Cleaning includes: the Jean Devic hall, the kitchen and its equipment, the gîtes, the sanitary facilities, and the removal of cigarette butts and other paper and waste. Failure to comply with these instructions will result in a penalty of 150€, i.e. the cleaning option. Payment of the cleaning option does not include the setting up and tidying up of tables and chairs used for the reception, nor the removal of rubbish bags and bottles, which are to be disposed of in the various containers provided for this purpose. Please do not throw anything into the toilets.

CORKAGE FEE

If you don't drink any of our group's wines, you'll be asked to pay a €50 corkage fee.

CAUTION

A deposit of €1,500 will be required, to be returned within 72 hours, subject to compliance with the rules and regulations.
